The words "Mummy errr can I clean the house another day" better not even escape your mouth, otherwise it'll be over...you berra believe it! Growing up African you know duties were set and had to be met to ace hotel high standards. Otherwise you will miss the jisty functions from the likes of Aunty Chiaka's 50th, where there will be jollof on tap.
As we are all from African decent, we all have an understanding of the Saturday struggle and it's only right that we all model to serve you House Girl Glam at its finest. Fila being a iconic Italian brand we love and still wear till this day, was the first choice for the 90s Afrocentric sporty vibes we wanted to bring forth.
We wanted to create and show a simple, yet relatable story of us half heartedly completing our house duties in three separate scenes from; house cleaning, to the market food shop and last but not least, coming together at the end of the day to chill and relax over near frozen supermalts and a bowl of chin chin.
All creative direction, photography, makeup and styling was done in-house with the addition of Magda C.
House Girl Glam is not just a look, it's a LIFE-style!
